Shipping Policies

Order Processing

In-Stock Items

We do our best to prepare and ship in-stock items as quickly as possible, and generally ship orders within one or two business days. If your order includes in-stock and custom items, the entire order will be shipped together once the custom items are complete.

Custom Items

Customized items are products that are built specifically to your order once payment has been processed. Production may take up to two weeks before your item is shipped, though we try to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible. On rare occasions, we may need to order additional materials before we can create your custom product. If this occurs, you will be notified of any potential delay and be allowed to adjust, cancel, or continue with the current order.

Print to Order Items

Print to order items are send to our printer to be created once your payment has been processed. Production generally takes 2-5 business days, but may take up to two weeks before your item is shipped. Printed items will ship to you directly from our printer. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive your order in multiple shipments.

Note that production times may be extended during busy times like the holidays or when we are subject to heavy order volume.

Shipping & Transit

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information of the shipment. You can also log in to your account to view your orders and check the tracking information. The time it takes to receive your order will vary depending on the shipping service you select at checkout:

  • USPS First-Class™ mail generally takes 2-5 business days to ship within the continental United States. These times are not guaranteed, however, and numerous factors may extend transit time beyond expected norms.
  • USPS Priority Mail™ services vary in transit time from 1-3 days in the continental United States, depending on your destination zone and distance from major shipping hubs.

We cannot provide a guarantee of shipping times beyond those provided by the US Postal Service.

International Customers

At this time we do not offer shipping to customers outside of the United States of America due to a combination of high shipping costs, export taxes, and the possiblilty of lost packages. All customers are welcome to purchase digital downloads or subscriptions without restriction as they do not require shipping. Please review our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for additional information regarding international customers.

Package Forwarding Services

Our customers are welcome to utilize a package forwarding service (such as Viabox or Shipito) to ship physical products to international addresses. These services supply you with a United States based physical address to use for a shipping address during the checkout process. Once we ship the item to this address, the forwarding service can then ship the item to your international address.

Taxes and Import Fees

Some orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or delivery fees due on arrival, depending on your country's shipping practices. Any such additional costs are not included in quoted prices. Please contact your selected package forwarding service for more information.

† We ship items via USPS. Package forwarding services may require you to complete USPS form 1583 to authorize a shipping agent. The service you select will have additional information on their website.
